These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Lush Hair Extensions. By booking an appointment, you agree to the terms outlined below.

SERVICES

Lush Hair Extensions provides professional hair extension services only. We do not sell hair extensions as standalone retail products. All services are offered by appointment and are subject to availability.

CONSULTATIONS

A consultation may be required prior to certain services to assess hair suitability, desired results and maintenance requirements. Final pricing may vary depending on hair type, length, method and condition.

APPOINTMENTS & BOOKINGS

All appointments must be booked in advance. Appointment times are reserved specifically for you. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or cancellation at the discretion of Lush Hair Extensions.

BOOKING FEE

A booking fee may be required to secure your booking. Booking fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the final service cost on the day of your appointment.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance unless otherwise arranged by mutual agreement. Cancellations made outside this window may result in forfeiting the booking fee.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the nature of hair extension services, no refunds or returns are offered once a service has been completed. Results may vary depending on hair type, aftercare and maintenance.

HAIR CARE & MAINTENANCE

Clients are responsible for following aftercare instructions provided. Lush Hair Extensions cannot be held responsible for damage, shedding or lifespan issues caused by improper maintenance, chemical treatments, heat misuse or failure to follow care guidelines.

LIABILITY

While every effort is made to ensure safe and professional application, Lush Hair Extensions is not liable for allergic reactions, scalp sensitivity, hair loss or damage resulting from undisclosed medical conditions, prior chemical damage or incorrect aftercare.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

Lush Hair Extensions reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a service if it is deemed unsafe, unsuitable, or if the client’s hair condition does not allow for the requested service.

Lush Hair Extensions reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
